DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Stock refrigerators and station.
- Ability to sauté dishes & appetizers according to restaurant guidelines & customer orders.
- Plate or package menu items appropriately.
- Manage food tickets and ensure that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean workstation and sterilize equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing including dishwashing, cleaning work surfaces, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Handle and store cleaning products.
- Sweep & mop floors.
- Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Self-motivated, hardworking, friendly, adaptable and highly customer focused.
- Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Reliable transportation required.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
