Regional Operations Manager

Looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re currently recruiting for a **Regional Operations Manager** in Quebec, ideally in **Montreal** (and surrounding area) or **Quebec City** to join our amazing team of talented employees.

In this role, you will contribute to the success of the organization by working hand-in-hand with our Franchisees and their Restaurant Management teams to deliver an incredible experience for our guests; to enhance restaurant profitability; and to support the development of the industry’s best talent.
**What you do**:
- Provide leadership and direction to our Franchisees and their management teams;
- Implement operational plans, processes, and tools in our franchised restaurants;
- Ensure that both the restaurant operations and guest experience is aligned to our brand standards;
- Support the development of the Franchisee and Management teams using data-based feedback, coaching, best practices and virtual in-market training;
- Review monthly operating results to ensure restaurants are maximizing their potential; and
- Be available to travel to and from our restaurants on a regular basis.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Mettre en œuvre des plans, des procédures et des outils opérationnels dans nos restaurants franchisés;
- S’assurer que les opérations du restaurant et l’expérience des invités respectent les normes de notre marque;
- Soutenir le développement du franchisé et des équipes de gestionnaires à l’aide de rétroactions basées sur les données, de mentorat, de pratiques exemplaires et de la formation virtuelle en restaurant;
- Passer en revue les résultats mensuels pour s’assurer que les restaurants optimisent leur potentiel;
- Voyager régulièrement pour se rendre se rendre dans nos restaurants.
**Exigence du poste**:
- Vous avez une grande expérience dans le domaine de la restauration et êtes reconnu pour votre hospitalité;
- Vous avez une approche axée sur les résultats et optez pour une approche pratique afin d’améliorer les indicateurs métriques;
- Vous avez une attitude positive qui crée une énergie au sein de l’entreprise;
- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec divers groupes de personnes et laissez votre marque partout où vous allez;
- Vous êtes un communicateur et vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
