Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

**_ Responsibilities_**
- Perform regular data management duties related to item merchandising, item cost changes and analysis, and other data maintenance as required
- Develop cross-functional relationships with Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Application Services regarding the maintenance and workability of master data content
- Provide ownership of the processes involved in master data maintenance and implement improvement strategies to standardize the approaches to these functions
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to validate master data integrity and consistency
- Develop and maintain monitoring procedures to alert respective data owners about data exceptions. Identify root causes for repeat errors and suggest process and/or system improvements
- Create and maintain documentation necessary for master data governance. Educate organization on master data process changes and data management best practices

**_ Qualifications_**
- 0-2 years of experience preferred
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of Master Data Principles
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
