The **Strategic Analytics & Insights Manager** reports to the Director, Commercial Strategy, Planning & Growth Initiatives and leads in developing, analyzing and updating our market share strategy in various jurisdictions, leveraging analytics while working with key stakeholders. This role influences strategic direction and contribute significantly to the achievement of Dynacare’s vision to be Canada’s health and wellness solutions leader. This is a permanent full-time role in Brampton, Ontario.

**How YOU will make a difference**:

- Proactively structure data analyses around ambiguous problems and questions
- Develop analytical solutions to generate new insights and inform business decisions especially with respect to market share strategy for community labs
- Lead Dynacare’s National Collection Network Strategy, including the supply-demand analytics required to ensure Dynacare maintains an optimal footprint in the provinces in which we operate collection centres
- Lead analytics projects to identify strategic opportunities through self-initiated insights
- Create clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to executive and non-executive audiences
- Work with the business development group and cross-functional partners to support the execution of high
- profile projects and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with data science and informatics team to advance the use of analytics to inform and drive business direction
- Proactively add to the department’s knowledge base; monitor and have an ongoing awareness of changes

**What YOU bring to the role**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, data science, business administration or another related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in gathering data, building models, conducting analyses, and translating complex findings into clear visualizations and recommendations
- An understanding of the healthcare landscape in Canada and health/diagnostic industry trends would be beneficial
- Proficiency in data mining, business intelligence and analytical platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
- Intellectual curiosity to proactively research, analysis, and synthesize external (market) information
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information with clarity
