**A Day in the Life **:As part of the Medtronic Data Analytics and Insights (DA&I) team supporting Global Operations and Supply Chain, this program manager reports to the Analytics Enablement and Strategy team. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives related to operational effectiveness. Additionally, the program manager will coach data analytics teams (squads) to ensure process adherence and lead projects focused on operational improvements. This dynamic role combines program management and scrum master responsibilities, involving collaboration with data teams, facilitating communication, addressing challenges, and driving continuous improvements.
**A Day in the life**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that support business objectives and drive operational efficiencies.
- Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria related to data analytics initiatives and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve data analytics processes, tools, and methodologies focusing on how to make work easier for the broader team through process improvements and automation.
- Create, manage and communicate project plans, timelines, status, milestones, and risks/mitigations.
- Advocate for best practices in data analysis, data management, and data visualization.
- Collaborate and seek feedback from the broader team to identify areas of opportunities
- Partner and support rollout of process improvement strategies
- Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps platform. In-depth knowledge on Boards and working understanding on Repos, Pipeline, Artifacts and Test Plans.
- Continuously enhance and update the Azure DevOps tool to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Act as Agile coach to support Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Oversee multiple Squads (project/product team), ensuring alignment with overall Sprint goals.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.
- Strong understand of Data Analytics for large organization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including data professionals and business users.
- Preferred scrum master or other Agile certifications
- Preferred knowledge in operations, supply chain, supplier manage, systems, data analytics, and business process automation.
