**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
This role is a hybrid role based out of our head office in North Vancouver and is expected to be performed on-location 3-4 days a week. Some travel will be required to our additional locations including New Westminster, Portland, and Tokyo - as required.

Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding Arc'teryx’s commitment to delivering a consistently exceptional workplace experience across diverse locations, reflecting our global brand presence.

**If you were in the role of Project Specialist, Facilities and Workplace Experience, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Implementing audio-visual upgrades to enhance the overall multimedia experience within our facilities
- Managing aspects of multiple renovation and design-build projects with budgets ranging from $25,000 to $3 million
- Coordinating aspects of a distribution center automation project and the build-out of temporary warehouse and distribution center space to allow for business continuity for the duration of the project
- Overseeing the setup of Maker’s Space, ensuring proper equipment acquisition, and configuring dedicated lab space for innovative project
- Managing the end-to-end process of equipment purchasing, logistics, installation, and commissioning to ensure seamless and efficient operations at multiple locations
- Providing comprehensive project support and coordinating construction activities
- Crafting the foundational office programming to lay the groundwork for efficient and effective workplace operations for new office space
- Designing and implementing project management tools to enhance efficiency

**Are you our next Facilities and Workplace Experience Coordinator?**:

- You have 2-3 year of experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to manage/coordinate various aspects of large projects
- You are a cross-functional leader, seamlessly collaborating with diverse teams to drive successful outcomes in the planning and execution of your work
- You have experience leading and overseeing vendors and contractors, demonstrating proficiency in contract management
- You are passionate about the brand and the products we make
- You are exceptionally organized with an eye for detail and accuracy
- You are open and approachable with a customer-service, solutions focused mentality
- You have the ability to consistently evaluate and evolve existing processes
- You have a highly collaborative working style and have proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
- You have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- You embrace and adapt to using various technology platforms
- You have the ability to prioritize and multitask when necessary
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$59,000 - $74,000 a year
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $59,000 - $74,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
