Duties:

- Managing client information in the CRM system

Job Overview:
You will support my advice only financial planning practice by managing client contact, collecting and organizing information from clients, preparing meeting documents and summaries for clients.

The role is currently part time. My goal is to grow my practice enough that this will be a full time role within 24 months.

**Duties**:
*
- Collecting needed information from new clients and updated information from existing clients as needed
- Initial data input to planning software for new clients
- Organizing client information for use in meetings, interim summaries and wrap up summaries
- Preparing meeting documents (often done in Powerpoint)
- Contribute to meetings summaries to be sent to clients (often a combination of Powerpoint and summary letter)
- Handle client inquiries in a professional manner
- maintain confidentiality of all client and company data
- proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

**Skills**:

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
