**Job Summary**

The Administrative and Accounting Assistant will work with the Accounting Supervisor to efficiently manage accounting and administration duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The person filling the role of a Part-time Administrative and Accounting Assistant will be responsible to quickly learn and successfully perform the following duties:

- Organizing and Managing source documents
- Accurate calculation of profit share (commission)
- Daily Cash Deposit
- Customer Care
- Daily Revenue Reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable responsibilities
- Accounts Payable responsibilities
- Managing Petty Cash and Employee Reimbursements
- Payroll Responsibilities as assigned
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Revenue and Expense Reconciliations
- Managing Business Information and daily reports
- Ongoing projects that facilitate the continued growth of the company

The above are not considered a complete set of duties; rather it is a starting point from which to grow the role of the Administrative and Accounting Assistant as the company grows.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
