We are currently seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Insolvency Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, contributing to the efficient administration of insolvency cases while gaining valuable experience in the field of insolvency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting senior insolvency administrators with the preparation and filing of bankruptcy and consumer proposal documents.
- Conducting research and gathering relevant information for client cases.
- Communicating with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders through various channels.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client files and documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the insolvency team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Education in the related field is preferred (e.g Business Administration, Finance, Accounting etc).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of insolvency processes and regulations is an asset but not mandatory.

**Possibility for Full-Time Extension**: At the conclusion of the initial three-month period, there is a potential opportunity for this position to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
