The Accounting and Finance team is looking for a Coordinator, Pricing and Billing. Reporting to the Billing supervisor, this dynamic position plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of pricing updates, invoices, rebates and commissions in a high-volume environment.

The key accountabilities of this role are:

- Administration of product line pricing in conjunction with the sales team
- Maintenance of price lists in a timely fashion
- Creation of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes after verifying details
- Management and reconciliation of rebates and commissions against contracts and accruals
- Preparation of working papers and month-end journal entries
- Adhere to departmental procedures and ensure effective internal control procedures are applied
- Provide vacation coverage as required for the credit and billing department
- Preparation of ad hoc & monthly reports as needed

Requirements and Skills:

- Accounting Diploma/degree with previous experience in Pricing, Billing, and Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) & Outlook is a must.
- Experience with complex reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks or competing priorities
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize and deliver creative solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a time-sensitive environment
- Previous SAP or other ERP experience is a strong asset
