We’re looking for a Head of Compliance who wants to pioneer the fusion of regulatory compliance with groundbreaking innovations in the web3 space.

You will join striving to blend traditional compliance with future-oriented product strategies, ensuring that Dapper Labs remains a trusted name in the crypto and blockchain industry.

In this role, you can expect to drive the balance between safeguarding our users and ensuring that our products are built within the evolving regulatory landscape, all while fostering an environment of innovation and creativity.

**What we'll accomplish together**:

- Construct a forward-thinking compliance blueprint, emphasizing a world-class user experience without compromising on regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams, integrating compliance seamlessly into our products, ensuring that both creativity and regulation flourish in tandem.
- Deliver insights based on regulatory knowledge and user feedback, guiding the Product and Engineering teams in their strategic endeavors.
- Pave the way with industry-leading compliance strategies, setting the benchmark for best practices.
- Design and execute successful training programs and internal reporting to meet governance obligations, including the design of KPI/KRI metrics.

- You’re a passionate and energetic self-starter who works in a detailed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with the ability to pivot and manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.
- You are ambitious and yYou like to get things done, and you’ll do whatever it takes to ensure your projects and initiatives are moving forward.
- Extremely passionate about the future of crypto and web3.
- Expertise in BSA, AML, OFAC, and the broader regulatory ecosystem, especially in key regions like US, Canada, EU, and UK.
- The finesse to clearly explain complex compliance mandates to a varied audience, from tech teams to executive boards.
- Proactive in setting up compliant procedures, drafting policy documents, and overseeing audits from a myriad of entities, including regulators, banks, and third parties.
- Proven track record in a senior compliance role, preferably within the financial, crypto, or web3 domain.
