**The role in a nutshell**

In this highly administrative position, you will support the Technical Support Manager to ensure that all Framework documents are consistent and well aligned across the group.

You will also create various templates (or improve the current ones) and conduct training to introduce standards, policies and protocols.

**On a daily basis, you can expect to**:

- Write, edit and review documents related to the management framework;
- Suggest improvements, implement approved changes and keep documents up to date;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure the alignment of Capital Management Framework (CMF) documents with all other relevant policies, guides and templates duly identified;
- Support and train various team members to ensure proper understanding and use of the documents.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Post-secondary studies (Cegep or University) in a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role with a strong focus on document compliance ideally gained within a professional service environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, as well as software such as SharePoint, Teams and MS Project;
- Methodical, organized and rigorous;
- Ability to synthesize information and to remain focused;
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while being a team player.

**Bonus point if you**:

- Have experience in the mining or natural resources sector, projects and/or operations.

**Languages**: English (verbal and written). Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset.

**Travel**: This position does not require you to travel, but you must be able to work with colleagues located in several different time zones and therefore have some flexibility with your work hours.
