- We're looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team As Financial Services Manager on our team; you will consult with clients on protection programs to customize and tailor personalized coverages. As well as provide optimal purchasing solutions to our clients through a network of prime lenders and financial institutions.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth delivery of client’s vehicle
- Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
- Present and customize protection products such as warranties, creditor insurance, vehicle write—off protection and environmental protection packages.
- Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
- Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
- Perform credit interview.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Grow store relationship with key lenders.
- Up-to-Date knowledge on lender programs and guidelines

**What you bring to the role**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the Automotive business (minimum 2 years as an FSM).
- Excellent understanding of sales, finance, and management.
- Positive working relationship with financial institutions.
- Proven record for performance with set goals.
- Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.
- Decision-Making Skills based on the relative costs, benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commission etc.
