**Human Resources Clerk (part-time)**

Global Gourmet Foods is a division of Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX: PBH) which owns a broad range of leading specialty food manufacturing and differentiated food distribution businesses with operations. Global Gourmet Foods is a federally registered food manufacturer who supplies premium kettle products to key accounts in both domestic and export markets.

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Provide administrative support of hiring process
- Assemble new hire packages, maintain, and prepare on-boarding kit
- Assist both electronic, paper-based personnel files and filing system within HR Department
- Manage notifications for all new hires, promotions, terminations, and other employment changes
- Administer the employees' leave records
- Track and ensure the employee hours are complete, accurate and current into time and attendance system
- Prepare the summary of employee hours on bi-monthly basis
- Assist in administering the extended health benefits, including enrolment and make changes if necessary
- Provide administrative support on training logistic, materials, track and maintain the training records
- Assist in tracking and maintaining the employee development plans and performance review cycle
- Conduct research if any updates on Employment Act and HR related matters
- Assist in maintaining accident records and submission of Work Safety forms
- Assist in providing data for HR reporting, issues and matters
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Completion of a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management is preferrable
- Highly sensitive, strong sense of confidentiality and integrity are must
- Intermediate skill of Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, attention to details, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm

Location: Richmond, BC
