Description du poste:
En tant qu'Assistant(e) Marketing et Administratif(ve) chez Epic Staff, vous serez chargé(e) d'apporter un soutien à notre équipe dans divers domaines. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre spécialiste en marketing pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing, ainsi que pour assister aux tâches administratives au besoin.

Responsabilités clés:
Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans et des stratégies marketing

Gérer et optimiser les campagnes de publicité en ligne

Effectuer des études de marché pour rester à jour sur les tendances de l'industrie

Assister aux tâches administratives

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe pour développer de nouvelles idées et stratégies

Exigences:
Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en marketing et en administration

Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles

Solides compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec un minimum de guidance

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et de Google Suite

Familiarité avec les plateformes de médias sociaux et les outils de publicité en ligne

Disponibilité pour travailler de 10 à 15 heures par semaine

**Job Description**:
As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant at Epic Staff, you will be responsible for providing support to our team in a variety of areas. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies, as well as assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends

Assist with administrative tasks

Work closely with our team to develop new ideas and strategies

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing and administrative experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising tools

Must be willing to work 10-15 hours per week
