We are searching for a talented and professional Administrative - Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team for an 8 - 10-week period as part of the Canada Summer Job Grant program. The role and its duties are diverse and multi
- faceted, therefore someone with organizational skills and able and willing to adapt to change are a must.
- You are extremely friendly, great with people and communicate well in both languages (French and English)
- You will assist and work closely with the Dress for Success Montreal Team.
- You are extremely organized and pay attention to detail.
- You have the capacity to work independently.
- You possess CEGEP or University Education
- You enjoy working in a small environment.
- You have excellent computer and research skills.
- You are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and work with people.
- You are looking for a full-time position to gain valuable work experience want to constantly improve and

optimise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing events (including coordinate meetings and presentations as needed) and ensure follow through (Annual International Women’s Day campaign, Annual anniversary event, online auction, Give for in organizing events (including coordinate meetings and presentations as needed) and ensure follow through (Annual International Women’s Day campaign, Annual anniversary event, online auction, Give for Success).
- Recommend techniques to improve the organization’s public image in accordance with DFS Worldwide guidelines.
- Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Data entry and analysis
- Administrative support
- Help conduct and collate findings from market research.
- Assist in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Journalism or combination of work experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative/marketing capacity.
- Must have excellent writing and editing skills in English and in French.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English and French)
