**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Reporting to the marketing project manager, the marketing assistant assists the marketing department by carrying out the administrative follow-up necessary for the well functioning of the department. The chosen person will enjoy teamwork and will demonstrate resourcefulness, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm. As a Marketing Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Optimize and update the website;
- Help with the creation of presentations and documents;
- Upload content for the company's websites and social media;
- Collaborate in the realization of the activities of the Marketing plan;
- Help with the management of the Tradeshows and Events;
- Offer support to the sales force if necessary;
- Perform any other related tasks that may help in the realization of the projects.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing or Communication;
- Experience considered an asset;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English;
- Good teammate, collaborative, able to multitask;
- Proactive and resourceful, able to recommend solutions and solve problems;
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
