ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting and supervising daily duties of Lot Associate
- Data Collection and reporting, daily, weekly and monthly
- Providing weekly updates to our manufactures, days down, marketing information etc
- Tracking training requirements and progress for all Fixed Operations Associates
- Planning training to ensure that manufacturer requirements are met
- Building, writing, and implementing processes
- Updating DMS and appointment system
- Tracking and assisting with organizing incoming appointments
- Completing any required training on time
- Generating marketing lists using the DMS and Manufacturer systems
- Distributing and following up with Special Order parts arrivals and back orders
- Picking up supplies as needed for the refreshment and food stations, stationary etc.
- Ordering and monitoring uniform for staff
- Onboarding new staff members
- Creating staff schedules
- Assisting Fixed Operations Manager with Staff communications
- Interacting with third party vendors such as Body Shops
- Answering phones
- Monitoring receivables schedules and following up on payment collections
- Daily Cash out procedure
- Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be proficient in Excel and comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of experience in customer relations.
- Strong organizational and people skills.
- Some knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories is an asset but not required
- Good computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized appointment system.
- Ability to learn new software and systems
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Ability to work constructively with members from all departments within the dealership.
