Customer Service / Showroom Associate
Job Duties
- Meet, greet and thank customers and provide friendly, informed service to them.
- Guide customers to the location of requested items.
- Suggest value-added and related products by actively listening to customer needs.
- Locate products in the warehouse.
- Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
- Input sale orders and plan order delivery schedules.
- Learn about new products on a regular basis.
- Identify low stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Comply with company, store and department policies.
- Follow store health & safety program and report any observed or potential hazards immediately.
- Complete other tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Highly approachable, customer-oriented individual who thrives on offering exceptional service to customers.
- Effective written and oral communication skills. Important - Spoken languages - Chinese and English
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Ability to consistently provide professional customer service, including in situations of conflicts.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
- Self-Starter with distinct attention to detail and flexibility to handle diverse tasks
*wage base on work experience
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
