**Position Details**:

- **Part-Time Role** with **Full-Time Hours during Tax Season** (March and April)
- **Potential for Full-Time Position** in the future based on performance and business needs

**Compensation**:

- **Competitive hourly wage** based on experience, with opportunities for growth and potential for a future full-time role.
- Wage range**:$23.00 - $25.00 per hour** (exact rate will depend on qualifications and experience).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General administrative duties such as scheduling, client communication, and document management
- Bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciling accounts, and managing transactions
- Assisting with tax season preparations and filing
- Providing support to our team of accountants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

**Ideal Qualifications**:

- Experience in bookkeeping or a related role is highly preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
