**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Join the award-winning RGO team, celebrated as one of Alberta’s Best Workplaces and one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, as a **Furniture Service Sales Representative**.
As a Furniture Service Sales Representative, you will:
- Drive Revenue: Develop new business through existing clients, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Promote & Sell: Office/furniture moves, reconfigurations, inventory management, and refurbishing services.
- Collaborate: Work with sales reps, end-users, contractors, project teams, and installers in a construction project atmosphere.
- Adapt: Be comfortable in both steel-toed boots on-site and in executive meetings.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Build Relationships: Connect with new and existing clients to help them achieve their goals.
- Client Acquisition: Use marketing, promotions, referrals, and web inquiries to identify and acquire clients.
- Customer Service: Conduct site visits, follow up on deficiencies, and explore warranty opportunities.
- Project Proposals: Create and present comprehensive project proposals for moves, installations, and reconfigurations.
- Project Management: Conduct walk-through assessments, coordinate site meetings, and monitor project progress.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in sales; furniture industry or office moves experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong networking, excellent communication, self-motivation, and action-oriented.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong orientation towards customer service.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license required.
