**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain all Driver Qualification files. Ensuring all documents are up to date; for example current valid Driver license copy, FAST Card, Passport, etc. Ensuring files are complete for insurance and audit purposes.
- Ensure annual safety renewals.
- Driver hiring, driver training and orientation.
- Monitor and review HOS, detect violations in ELD and paper logs and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain all trucks and trailers files.
- Manage and maintain all tractor and trailer maintenance files. Make and the PM and Annual inspection schedule and ensure compliance with company's maintenance policy.
- Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise.

Qualification:

- College Level certificate. Organization Operations & Administrative Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Minimum one year experience is required.

2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
- proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook must
- knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- good research skills and attention to detail.
