Office & Leasing Coordinator
Strategic Group has an exciting opportunity with STRATUS for an Office and Leasing Coordinator, to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Edmonton location.

**Position**: Office & Leasing Coordinator

Strategic Group is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and personable individual to join our team. If you have a knack for building strong customer relationships through clear, effective communication, and possess outstanding organizational skills, this role is for you. This position offers a career where you can utilize your exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations are executed efficiently, including facility management
- Conduct tours, convey Stratus features & benefits, follow-up with, and lease offices to potential clients
- Maintain accurate pricing and promotional data for each location
- Facilitate team marketing efforts (i.e., Online market postings, social media, graphic creation etc.)
- Actively seek out new members and leasing opportunities
- Field general inquiries and update member profile data
- Create welcome and orientation packages for new members as well as update current member roster
- Maintain requisite office item supply levels.
- Track payment processing information and create monthly reports.
- Facilitate communication between building operations, suppliers, vendors, members, leasing personnel and all outside community groups in an organized fashion
- Keep on top of changes to the competitive landscape and competitor offerings
- Manage and resolve any conflicts that may arise
- Remain diplomatic and calm under pressure, always seeking a positive resolution for our members.

**Required Skills**:

- Have related sales experience.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing is an asset.
- Experience with drafting lease agreements is an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work well with clients and stakeholders.
