This role is based in Toronto, Canada with 2 days per week in the office. Work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns and part-time working (minimum 4 days per week).

Role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a pivotal player in executing our digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and data-driven decision-making. You will work under the guidance of the North American Marketing Manager and closely with our UK-based team, driving online engagement and conversions through innovative digital campaigns in both the US and Canadian markets.
- Copywriting and SEO strategy: Craft compelling website content, blog posts, and ad copy, including engaging titles and body content that drives conversion and supports our SEO efforts.
- Paid digital advertising: Working closely with the global marketing team, develop a strategy to increase website visits and online conversions. Help implement these strategies through A/B testing, across PPC, programmatic, retargeting, affiliate, and paid social activity.
- Analytics & insights: Utilize Google Analytics for in-depth analysis of our digital campaigns, extracting insights for strategy adjustments and monitoring the success of our initiatives.

Person:

- Whether it’s website content, blog posts, or ad copy, you have a way with words that can turn copywriting into a conversion machine. You pride yourself on your keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Your strong technical skills encompass everything from CMS and CRM systems to a basic understanding of HTML/CSS. You know how to dive into the technical aspects of digital marketing to ensure our campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- You’re a data wiz at heart, curious by nature, and love delving into the numbers, with an eye for spotting patterns and anomalies. You have a good eye for detail and data best practices and know your way around Google Analytics to understand our audiences and tweak our approaches for maximum impact.
- You’re a team player who is comfortable working independently and within a growing global team. Your excellent communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones.
- You are familiar with the US and Canadian markets, and know how to create and optimize content that speaks to a North American audience.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
