Concord, Canada Spark Insurance Full time

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts

2. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting insurance proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

3. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all RIBO regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy documentation, and sales reports.

Qualifications:

- In good standing with RIBO/active license
- Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales or business development
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and underwriting processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems

**Salary**: $20,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
