As a Manager, you will play a vital role in executing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns targeting corporate executives, skilled talent and prospective visitors - it’s an always-changing mix of B2B and B2C. Key responsibilities include launching, managing and optimizing paid social, search and display campaigns; advising on ad copy that performs; identifying campaign insights from the data and regular reporting; managing GTM and channel pixel installations; executing award-winning work under the pressures of the ever-changing demands of agency and client life.
You will report directly to the Director of SEM and will work alongside the current Senior Account Manager. In addition, you will collaborate closely with DCI’s social, content and website development teams, which are spread across offices.

The Digital Paid Media Manager will have 3 years of experience, preferably with some knowledge of B2B, economic development and/or the tourism/travel marketing industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the “performance” lead on key accounts in a client-facing role, in conjunction with the account manager.
- Manage paid media campaigns and accounts - including ads & keywords upload, obtaining permissions and configuring GTM tags/triggers as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team and account manager on ad creation, providing suggestions and reviewing for alignment with client goals.
- Report and analyze campaigns each month, providing insights and implementing recommendations.
- Continuously optimize client ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads).
- Manage, mentor and train digital coordinators and interns as a part of our growing team.
- Support (and eventually lead) strategy development for client paid media programs, helping to prepare the media plans for new clients
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years digital paid media experience
- Intermediate proficiency on paid ad platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, as well as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency with Data Studio reporting, or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience optimizing ads for conversions
- Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels a plus
- History managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a client facing role
- Google Analytics & Google Ads Certified
- BS degree
- Knowledge of SEO & experience conducting keyword research (for both paid and owned) is a bonus.
- Agency experience preferred
