**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent sales and care service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Help visitors to resolve sales and customer care related inquiries/issues
- Handle and process received mails and packages
- Handle relations and escalations via phone, in person, or online chat
- Assist the logistic work
- Maintain a tidy work area environment and ensure it is presentable
- Participate in marketing booth or other events when needed
- Assist department manager’s work
- Back up incoming sales calls if needed
- Other responsibilities when assigned

**Qualification**:

- College diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, and listening in **Chinese and** **English or Chinese and French**:

- Experience in Sales or Customer Service is an asset
- Energetic with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
