As the Warehouse Administrator, you're responsible to co-ordinate a complete range of support services to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the warehouse.

You will be working with our Warehouse Manager and Warehouse team to help take on administrative and inventory control functions to streamline activity in the Warehouse.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience, but who also has no problem doing a little bit of heavy lifting in the warehouse when needed. Comfort interacting with customers is also a must.

This is an important in our growing company, so we need someone who is extremely well organized and not afraid of tackling a task that has never been done before while constantly looking for ways to improve the workflow.

As an e-commerce company, we have a relentless focus on using software to improve the function of the company, and while experience is helpful, being able to pick up, master, and optimize our tech stack is critical, in particular, a project management tool called "ClickUp"

Duties will include:

- Preparing daily pick-up orders and assisting with preparing outgoing orders
- Execute daily warehouse and inventory control administration requirements, including handling queries from Customer Service, and inventory cycle counts
- Provide administrative support for the Health and Safety program including document management, system reporting, and is an active member of the health and safety committee.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment is in good repair and of adequate supply.
- Provide warehouse related reports to leadership team.
- Provide support for accounts payables related to the warehouse.
- Learn how to use warehouse management software to an "expert" level and provide support to warehouse workers on the program
- Provide oversight into order management in the warehouse management system to ensure orders are allocated to proper warehouses and old orders are being dealt with in a timely manner
- Scheduling deliveries and installs with customers
