  • At WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals, including direct and control daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and supervising other workers.
  • Key responsibilities include recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and answering telephone calls and messages.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business process management and be able to multitask, work independently, and work under pressure.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, arranging travel, and maintaining and managing digital databases.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • HR Department Coordination
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
    • Daily Operations
    • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
    • Supervision
    • Supervise other workers, including employees and volunteers.
    • Communication
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Contract Management
    • Manage contracts, including answering telephone calls and messages.
  • Requirements
    • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Work Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
    • Skills
    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and work under pressure.
