Le responsable du Système de stockage et d’alimentation d’énergie (ESPS) IPT (Équipe produit intégré) est un poste de directeur responsable de la conception, de l’intégration, de la certification et de la livraison des blocs-batteries des aéronefs, du système de gestion des batteries et de la distribution de l’énergie dans l’ensemble de l’aéronef. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec toutes les IPT d’interfaçage, y compris l’avionique, la propulsion, l’EWIS et les systèmes passagers.
- Le responsable de l’équipe de produits intégrés (IPT) assure un leadership interfonctionnel propre au projet et est responsable de la planification, de la surveillance, du contrôle et de la production de rapports concernant toutes les activités de son équipe. Le responsable de l’IPT doit veiller à ce que les objectifs de son équipe soient atteints dans le respect de la portée, du calendrier et de l’allocation budgétaire, et conformément aux normes techniques et de qualité.
- Vous utiliserez votre sens technique et commercial pour orienter les décisions relatives aux programmes et aux techniques et fixer des objectifs afin de respecter l’échéancier du programme. Vous serez responsable de la planification et de la coordination des ressources nécessaires à l’exécution du programme.

The Energy Storage and Power System (ESPS) IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead is a Director level position responsible for the design, integration, certification and delivery of the Aircraft Battery Packs, Battery Management System and Power Distribution throughout the aircraft. You will work closely with all interfacing IPTs including Avionics, Propulsion, EWIS and Passenger Systems.
- The Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead provides project-specific cross-functional leadership with responsibility for planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting on all their team’s activities. The IPT Lead is accountable for ensuring their team's objectives are achieved within the scope, schedule and budget allocation, and consistent with quality and technical standards.
- You will utilize your technical and business acumen to drive program & technical decisions and set objectives to meet the program schedule. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the resources required to execute the program.

**Responsabilités (Responsibilities)**:

- Diriger les efforts de développement technique de leur IPT liés à l’architecture, à la conception, au développement, à l’intégration, à la validation, au rendement, à la certification et à la production.
- Collaborer avec les autres responsables des IPT, les spécialistes de l’ingénierie en chef, les directeurs fonctionnels, le bureau des programmes et les dirigeants de la compagnie pour assurer la planification et l’exécution réussies des programmes
- Pouvoir et responsabilisation à l’égard de la portée technique de leur IPT conformément à l’échéancier et au budget.
- Soutenir la réussite globale du Programme en définissant les entrées et les changements à l’Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) et en maintenant une gestion rapide et efficace des changements du calendrier.
- Surveiller la maturité technique et s’assurer que les problèmes influant sur la progression sont réglés immédiatement et que les mesures correctives et les plans de rétablissement sont mis en œuvre rapidement
- Planifier et coordonner les activités pour soutenir la validation et la vérification formelles, y compris toutes les activités d’essai
- Mettre en œuvre et effectuer le suivi des activités de gestion des risques pour gérer les risques techniques, de l’échéancier et de coûts du programme.
