**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead operators and production units, ensuring that they meet set performance, deadline, quantity, and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with procedures established by the company (quality, work schedules, absences, discipline, etc.);
- Perform regular shop floor rounds in all production units;
- Organize and coordinate the production in the various production cells;
- Assign workload and production targets to each resource (machine, worker);
- Implement pre-established production rates;
- Provide follow-up on the plant’s 5S;
- Evaluate the training needs of work team members;
- Provide technical support to the various departments;
- Participate in resolving production issues;
- Participate in resolving quality issues.
- Experience in working with unionized teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and SAP

**What You Bring**
- College degree in industrial engineering, operations management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel management in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of quality assurance
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide training.
- Languages: French is required, English, Spanish or Portuguese are an asset.
