**About the role**:

DNV is seeking a **Head of Department, Power System Advisory**, to lead and grow our power system advisory business, to set the strategy and vision, supporting our customers through, of their current and future power system advisory needs. The Head of Department, Power System Advisory delivers business growth, offers strategic leadership, people management, and seeks new ways to delight current customers to ensure repeat business. They will have a strong industry network and be aware of market opportunities where we can differentiate, change business models, and lead innovation initiatives. They will work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand the business, including driving the doer/seller culture, and adapting the service offerings to respond where customers perceive the greatest level of market risk. They will partner with key account managers and regional segment managers in delivering an excellent customer experience while stimulating collaboration within their department and across the organization. They will ensure that their leaders and the employees within the department have the right capabilities and strive for a high-performance, collaborative culture, and exceptional employee experience.

DNV est la recherche **d'un chef de d partement, Conseil en syst mes lectriques**, pour diriger et d velopper notre activit de conseil en syst mes lectriques, pour d finir la strat gie et la vision, en soutenant nos clients travers leurs besoins actuels et futurs en mati re de conseil en syst mes lectriques. Le chef de service, Services-conseils en syst mes d'alimentation, assure la croissance de l'entreprise, offre un leadership strat gique, une gestion du personnel et cherche de nouvelles fa ons de ravir les clients actuels afin d'assurer la fid lisation des clients. Ils disposeront d'un solide r seau industriel et seront conscients des opportunit s de march o nous pouvons nous diff rencier, changer les mod les commerciaux et mener des initiatives d'innovation. Ils travailleront en troite collaboration sur les opportunit s commerciales pour renforcer et d velopper l'entreprise, notamment en favorisant la culture du faiseur/vendeur et en adaptant les offres de services pour r pondre l o les clients per oivent le plus grand niveau de risque de march. Ils travailleront en partenariat avec les directeurs de comptes cl s et les responsables de segments r gionaux pour offrir une excellente exp rience client tout en stimulant la collaboration au sein de leur service et dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Ils veilleront ce que leurs dirigeants et les employ s du service disposent des bonnes capacit s et s'efforcent d'instaurer une culture de collaboration performante et une exp rience exceptionnelle pour les employ s.

**What You'll Do**
- Leads and grows a business providing industry-leading technical and data-forward services tailored to the needs of utilities, renewable energy project developers, and transmission line developers.
Identifies and capitalizes on business opportunities based on deep understanding of customer needs and value creation for renewable plant owners and operators.
- Facilitates continuous innovation and improvement to build and maintain a leading position in power system advisory services.
- Leads business development and strategy efforts, solidifying relationships with key customers, creating new customer opportunities, actively positioning DNV with the equity and owner/operator communities as a preferred technical consultant
