**Job Description**:
Lead our Benefits Administration Solutions team as it delivers a market-leading service experience for our plan sponsors and their members

Key areas of responsibility:

- Foster a culture of exceptional customer experience and high performance
- Develop and facilitate relationships with our customers and participate in client meetings
- Act as point of contact on significant problems and concerns
- Bring forward business development opportunities in partnership with other Group Customer functions
- Assist in creating a road map for business planning and allocating appropriate resources
- Champion highest level of quality for the services we deliver and develop performance objectives
- Identify system updates and automations, collaborate with partners in enhancements or new tool upgrades
- Make recommendations and sponsor departmental initiatives that include reviewing and implementing changes in current policy and procedures
- Design attractive roles with natural career path opportunities for team members

In addition, the Benefits Administration Solutions Associate Manager will:

- Foster an environment that encourages new approaches, challenges the status quo and inspires creativity
- Understand how Plan Sponsor can further strategic goals and vision for the Group Customer organization
- Attract, motivate and develop talent to meet strategic direction and tomorrow’s needs
- Drive results and contribute to change processes that improve organizational performance and create a culture of accountability
- Demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong commitment to success
- Demonstrate innovative and visionary thinking and a willingness to bring new concepts or approaches to market

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in a leadership position coupled with 5+ years of experience in Group Insurance specifically Benefits Administration knowledge would be an asset
- Cross-functional knowledge; strong understanding of employee benefits market and its dynamics (trends, legislation, competitive environment)
- Understand our business environment and customer needs, identify business opportunities that create a competitive advantage, anticipate key trends
- Call centre benefit plan administration management is an asset
- Proven success in designing and delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop, engage and motivate team members to providing high-quality service
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
