We are seeking an **Office Administrator**, with a desire to have a job that is rewarding, and has a fun and dedicated team

This position requires attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and an organized approach to ensure the job is completed efficiently and accurately.

The position is 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minutes' unpaid break and a 10-minutes' paid break.

Flexibility for an additional shift is required during the busy season and vacation/holidays.

A **generous benefits package** after the successful completion of a 3-months' probationary period.

A current driver's license, with clean driving record, and an acceptable police check are required. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Duties include:

- Prepare all tax receipts
- Bank deposits
- Pay bills and service expenses
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Send all receipts and required documents to bookkeeper in a timely manner
- Calculate and record grant spending and end of funding reporting
- Annual charitable reporting
- Mail merge holiday fundraising campaign
- Organize, maintain and troubleshoot all office equipment
- Order supplies
- Provide financial comparison reports, make notes and advise of trends/concerns
- Assist Executive Director as required
