**Summary of Position in Organization**

The Marketing Associate will provide marketing support and implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost Plymovent's sales in the North American market. To maximize the effectiveness of these efforts, the Marketing Associate will collaborate with Plymovent's Global marketing team, which operates from our headquarters in the Netherlands, Europe.

**Summary of Essential Job Functions**
- Strategize and execute advertising and marketing efforts to generate leads for the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and corporate communications and marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimize social media channels by creating compelling copy, developing eye-catching graphics, and planning campaigns that align with the brand's voice and values.
- Develop, post, and schedule content across Plymovent's social media channels, using social media management software, to maximize engagement and drive website traffic.
- Develop and maintain an integrated social media content calendar that incorporates organic and paid posts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the marketing budget.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns, using data-driven insights, to drive audience engagement and growth and achieve ROI objectives.
- Monitor marketing performance, evaluate results, and provide regular reports and analyses that inform the optimization of Plymovent's marketing efforts.
- Continually improve the online promotional experience and execution by utilizing website enhancements, customer feedback/reviews, sales data, site metrics, and other sources.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal merchandising and web systems to troubleshoot system/process issues, supporting merchandising and marketing online and mobile promotional activity by setting up and maintaining promotional bundles/pages.
- Support merchandising strategy and maximize sales potential by utilizing website merchandising tools to drive cross-sells, upsells, substitutes, extended warranties, etc.
- Ensure consistent execution and optimal customer experience by working with SEO, search, analytics, content, and merchandising to maintain website product taxonomy.
- Support the sales team with all e-commerce related activities, including monitoring e-commerce pricing, using data-driven insights to develop a tracking method that establishes an uplift in sales based on activities.
- Collaborate with customer marketing teams to establish relationships and activities around social media events supporting Plymovent's brands.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Professional and Educational**
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, such as digital media, public relations, journalism, web design, or communications, coupled with at least three years of recent associated experience.
- Strong digital literacy and a natural curiosity that helps them stay knowledgeable on emerging trends and tools in the social media and e-marketing spaces.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, extensive experience with social media copywriting and a proven ability to adapt tone and content based on the audience and campaign objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to independently create high-quality and engaging text, image and video-based content that engages and motivates diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in lead generation and fulfillment, database management, implementing effective direct marketing campaigns, developing and maintaining a solid internet presence, coordinating and setting up trade shows/sales events, creating effective advertising & brand awareness campaigns, and supporting sales efforts.
- Significant knowledge of and experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or other social media management tools and the ability to ensure adherence to corporate policies around data management, privacy, accessibility, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress, Illustrator, Canva or other graphic design software.
- Database and CRM programs; desktop publishing (DTP) skills, i.e. Adobe InDesign; web content and search engine optimization; and office systems (PowerPoint/Excel/Access).
- Strong understanding of paid advertising fundamentals and working knowledge of the Google Ads platform and retargeting.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms and best practices for reporting.
- Superior proofreading skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills with the proven ability to balance and deliver on multiple projects.
- Results-driven, proactive, positive attitude with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
