Experience in B2B marketing (understanding of current trends and shifts in the B2B marketing world) **University degree or College diploma in Marketing, specializing in the digital segment. ** Minimum 3-5 years of Marketing management experience. **Comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing Knowledge, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEA, Social, Display, Content Marketing, Data Analytics.
- Demonstrated competency with the Adobe CS (or equivalent) software. ** Deep understanding and experience in the Canadian & USA e-commerce market, online marketing tools and best practices. **Understanding of front-end development program languages such as HTML and CSS ** Web design with a good understanding of ERP system integration.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting marketing strategies
- Demonstrated knowledge of audience targeting, social and traditional media in go-to-market plans
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experienced in developing & leading the day-to-day implementation of marketing and communications campaigns or campaign initiatives as identified in the marketing plan. This may include, but is not limited to tactics such as:

- collateral and thought ware development (video, design, content)
- digital and social media coordination

**Salary**: $67,701.23-$72,624.73 per year
