**Marketing and Pricing Associate**

As a member of the Marketing team, you will contribute directly to pricing, sales enablement, and promotional initiatives, helping the team meet its quarterly and yearly goals.

You will support or own projects related to pricing/campaigns/sales analysis and reporting and thrive on finding the best way to provide meaningful and actionable insights. As a passionate marketer, you are open to participating in a broad range of marketing initiatives, from product management and social media research to tradeshow coordination. **Responsibilities Include**:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing promotions

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.

Maintain pricing strategy formulation and coordinate pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.

Assist with pricing negotiations of customers’ proposals.

Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database.

Support product manager specialists and sales department to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market.

Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer.

Preparation of slide decks for internal conferences, meetings and to support new business initiatives

Coordinate tradeshow logistics, including booth setup/teardown, shipping, and material handling.

**Background**
- You have at least three years’ experience in a comparable marketing related role.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel pivot tables.
- High attention to detail, ability to discern discrepancies and formulate solutions.
- Consistently produce accurate work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities and deadlines and quickly learn new technical data.
- Organized and able to manage expectations on multiple priorities in order meet various stakeholder needs (front to back, management).
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate analytical information, both verbally and written.
- Ability to summarize large amounts of information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
