As part of the NA Flavor Food Business Unit, t his Senior Associate Product (Brand) Manager will primarily lead marketing activities for our NA Ingredient product line to achieve business goals. This hybrid role will be based out of our McCormick Canada locations in either our Mississauga, ON, or London, ON, office.

Responsibilities of this position include the implementation of marketing plans for our NA Ingredient business to support sales, volume, and profit objectives:
Provide analysis of and recommendations relating to product offerings, pricing, customer targets, and business results
Prepare and deliver ongoing business updates and reports to senior marketing and business management
Support strategy development for the NA Ingredients portfolio, including assisting with short-term and long-term business plans designed to drive and/or sustain long-term product line health, including product, portfolio, and pricing
Improve financial forecast accuracy via supporting product forecasting for portfolio in conjunction with sales, commercialization, supply and demand planning, and procurement to improve accuracy
Effectively work with global procurement partners to drive value creation and efficiencies within the business; support relationships with select strategic suppliers in conjunction with the procurement team
Participate in business case development, financial forecasting, supply chain, pricing, P&L structure, and recommended execution
Assist in responding to customer inquiries for insights by creating requested deliverables and delivering them to the internal team and/or customer
Develop marketing collateral and platform tools to drive additional engagement with customers
Recommend, create, and deliver presentations to critical and value customers

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or closely-related business discipline
Minimum of 2 years marketing or sales experience (preferably in CPG)
Strong understanding of Excel, data analysis, financial analysis, and business planning helpful
Good written communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, respond quickly, and adjust to changes
Able to establish processes, make process improvements, effectively organize own work
Demonstrated excellent results in professional positions that indicate interest and capability for the role
Demonstrated success leading and championing business recommendations for senior management
Understanding of how own area integrates with other Marketing areas and with other functional areas such as Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Developed communication and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and convince others (internal and external)
Demonstrated cross-functional strategic leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Consumer products experience preferred but not required
