We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for marketing to contribute to various aspects of our marketing initiatives. The Junior Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives aimed at promoting our brand and products/services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Support the creation and optimization of marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Assist in maintaining marketing databases, CRM systems, and other tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles (internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
