We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to have an essential seat at the table as we strive to hit our growth milestones. You will help us figure out our positioning, messaging, content strategy and acquisition channels. We will work collaboratively to run experiments, learn and iterate to improve our products, position and messaging. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing offshore contractors to scale the outreach operations.

**What You'll Be Doing
- Build, execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for all funnel stages.
- Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their business needs and pain points, and demonstrate how our software and data products can help solve their challenges
- Develop hypotheses and experiments to increase inbound generated leads and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to drive sales and revenue growth
- Build a calendar of marketing campaigns (webinars, content syndication, virtual events, and your entire playbook of successful acquisition channels) designed around prospects and customers.
- Run experiments that optimize ad copy, landing pages, keywords, and content continuously.
- Set up and coordinate offshore contractors (Upwork, Fiverr etc) to scale up outreach operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as our own products and offerings, to effectively position and sell our solutions

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in software or data sales, with a strong preference for experience selling to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets
- You have demonstrated significant measurable results and working knowledge of other demand-generation functions for which you may have yet to be responsible.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing multichannel demand-generation campaigns and programs
- Set up and managed offshore contractors
- Big picture thinking and attention to detail - Ability to quickly understand overall business objectives
- Create well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Strong technical skills with web, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for digital and lead-generation marketing
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ambitious, with a desire to expand experiences to grow and learn
- Previous experience leading or working in an early stage or venture-backed startup or equivalent intrapreneurial experience
