Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a dynamic Growth Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The role includes both office and remote work. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media, creating content, editing videos and images, and driving business development and partnerships to fuel our growth.


Who You Are


• You are located in Ontario with the ability to meet regularly in the GTA, for in-person collaboration, as a hybrid remote and in-person (2 days per week) position.

• A creative and strategic thinker with experience in social media management, content creation, and business development.

• Proficient in design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to build and nurture partnerships and drive business development initiatives.

• A driven individual with innate self-driven initiative to make things happen.

• Passionate about TempStars’ mission to improve the work lives of dental professionals and driven by the core values of trustworthiness, data-informed decisions, and growth learning & adaptation.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Create compelling content for various platforms, including video, image, and written formats.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos and images to support marketing campaigns.

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand TempStars’ reach.

• Driving results and reporting KPIs for partnerships and social media success

• Develop business relationships and drive initiatives that support mutual growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize impact.

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.


Qualifications


• Proven experience as a professional in social media management, content creation, and business development.

• Strong design and video editing skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
