Niagara Falls, Canada Hilltop Complex - Clifton Hill Full time

Responsibilities:

- Record day to day financial transactions.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliation, entries and reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process payroll.
- Complete tax forms.

**Requirements**:

- Bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in Simply Accounting.
- Calculating, filing, and remitting source deductions, HST, WSIB, EHT, ROE's, and T slips.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
