**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced Bookkeeper, you'll be integral to our financial operations, ensuring precision and accuracy in our records. More than that, you'll have the opportunity to transition into roles with increased responsibility and leadership, evolving into our Accountant and eventually our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as we expand.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeper**_
- Maintain meticulous financial records, managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciling transactions
- Generate invoices, manage billing inquiries, and support payroll processing
- Assist in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and basic budget tracking
- Utilize accounting software and Excel proficiently to uphold accuracy in financial data
- **Accountant (Progression)**_
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate across departments, offering financial guidance and contributing to the company's growth strategy
- **CFO (Progression)**_
- Lead the development and execution of our financial strategy, aligning it with company goals
- Drive financial planning, risk management, and optimize resource allocation for growth
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team, guiding financial direction and initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; additional certifications are a plus (CPA, CMA, etc.)
- Proven experience (X years) as a bookkeeper or similar role, demonstrating progressively increased responsibilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Ambitious and eager to grow into higher-level financial roles within the company
