We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to assist with the management of our financial records and transactions. As a part-time Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Daily Account Management**: Managing and reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis.
- **Recordkeeping**: Ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- **Financial Transaction Compliance**: Recording and ensuring compliance with all financial transactions.
- **Invoicing**: Completing invoices and maintaining invoice documentation.
- **Tax Season Preparation**: Preparing for tax season and completing tax forms accurately.
- **Payroll and Accounts Management**: Managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- **Accuracy in Payments and Deposits**: Ensuring that all payments and deposits are accurate and appropriately documented.
- **Inventory Management**: Managing and keeping track of inventory as required.
- **Transaction Accuracy**: Confirming that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and inaccordance with financial guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience in inventory management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This is a part-time position, with flexible hours.
- The bookkeeper may work remotely or on-site as preferred.
- The position may require occasional meetings with the management or clients.

- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $15.50-$27.14 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
