Part-time Bookkeeper

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform payroll processing, including calculating hours worked and deductions.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist with account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
