**You, as a “System Analyst”, will**:

- Operate, maintain, and manage SCADA systems and principles of databases and historians.
- Operate, maintain, and manage CCTV Video Surveillance System and Radio Communications System
- Maintain and manage Windows Servers and SQL Server Cluster
- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
- Ensure data availability, integrity, and security and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Follow defined ITIL processes and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and designs of systems configurations, and network and operating procedures.
- Manage incidents and own them through resolution.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have knowledge of SCADA systems and principles of databases and historians. Modbus protocol and RTU communications. Experience in Factory Studio highly desirable.
- You have knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Structured Query Language.
- You have Knowledge of CCTV Surveillance System. Experience in GENETEC System highly desirable.
- You have knowledge of Radio Communication System (PTT). Experience in Motorola WAVE highly desirable.
- Good knowledge about TCP/IP Networks (IPv4) infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WIFI)
- Experience in Virtualization and Backup systems.
- Ability to be part of on-call rotation, travel and work outdoors
- MCP/MCSE, CompTIA Server+, VCP, CCNA are desirable certifications.
- Ability to work work with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, sitting
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
- Ability to lift, move, and/or carry equipment and materials up to 50lb.
- Ability to work in confined spaces to do hardware installations and configuration.
