**About the Opportunity**

The IT Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of computer technology within Seasonal Impact and affiliated companies. Their responsibilities will span from integrating new solutions & opportunities into existing systems to providing technical assistance and support to end-users. Additionally, you will be responsible for training end-users on new systems and creating instructional materials to facilitate seamless adoption.
- Analyze current systems usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on system functionalities, cybersecurity, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of integrating new solutions into existing systems
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and computers
- Provide timely technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot common issues such as data accessibility, software inefficiencies, and connectivity problems
