**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop marketing strategy by deeply understanding the company, our customers and products. This includes a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and which marketing efforts will deliver the most ROI to the business.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by developing marketing initiatives that will aid rapid market share growth, from in-person events to our digital footprint and reach.
- Taking a wholistic view of the company goals and determining how and where marketing can drive success: recommending options and courses of action; and implementing directives.
- Areas of responsibility will include events (in-person and virtual), social media, digital advertising, the website, KOL/Ambassador programs, marketing material and other promotional documents and initiatives.
- Oversee the customer experience and journey, improving it wherever possible in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Keep track of market trends and use this knowledge to design and develop strategies that keep Andau ahead of the curve for products and service.
- Work with the internal teams: Sales and Solutions, to effectively position our product portfolio in the market for best sales success.
- Develop and review internal and external data and reporting to drive successful marketing decisions and plans.
- Provide marketing information by responding to team and stakeholder questions and requests.
- Prepare an annual marketing budget, with funds allocated for each area of activity.
- Maintain marketing team results by coaching and leading employees, as well as planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develop marketing team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- B2C marketing strategy and leadership experience, with a sales-focused approach.
- Ability to create and maintain stakeholder relationships - internal and external.
- Knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing including social media, SEO, online ad campaigns, CRM platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for coaching and mentoring team members.
- Process-driven with a desire and ability to contribute in a growing, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and accountable for the quality of your work.
- Proficient in marketing research and data review/analysis for decision-making.
- Familiarity with product marketing in the US and Canada.
- Ability to make decisions and keep projects on track by removing roadblocks.
- Ability to leverage consumer insights, financials, and other data input to create strategies.
- Ability to lead through influence at all organizational levels, across teams and departments.
- A strong team member with the ability to foster work relationships through humility, respect, as well as deep product and process understanding.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Post secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field is ideal with experience being considered in lieu of.
- Master's degree an asset.
- Proven experience (5 - 10 years) in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of customer personas and the ability to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Experience with digital marketing techniques including SEO, social media management and content creation.
- Experience with design software and other programs for content creation and development.
