**Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and omni-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and increase sales. Your expertise in market research, digital marketing, and campaign management will be crucial to achieving customer loyalty and delight.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years work experience marketing or advertising.
- 2+ years work experience in project management.
- Experience in a fast-growing retail business is an asset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing e-commerce and omni-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
