As a Sr. BD Rep **Business Development Leader**, you will be a driver at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission? To coach and model behaviours for a small team of business development representatives in order to identify and nurture new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver marketing solutions that drive results. You’ll be responsible for leading the outbound sales team’s activities as well as your own, conducting client discovery meetings, and managing the entire sales process from start to finish. If you’re a senior business development professional with demonstrated leadership abilities and/or experience with a passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Lead the Charge**: You’ll spearhead our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. Your goal? To help BubbleUp continue its rapid growth.
- ** Be a Mentor**: As the leader of our business development team, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure your team thrives.
- ** Strategize and Innovate**: You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure our sales strategies align with overall business goals.
- ** Client Whisperer**: Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping them navigate their challenges with tailored marketing solutions.
- ** Drive Results**: Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and refining strategies to maximize success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** A Relationship Builder**: You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
- ** A Proven Leader**: With at least 5 years of experience in business development (preferably in a marketing agency), you know how to lead a team to success.
- ** Data-Driven**: You’re comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot and use data to inform your decisions and strategies.
- ** Strategic Thinker**: You understand the bigger picture and know how to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
